OFFICES

We spend around a third of our time in offices, and spaces that take into consideration the health and wellbeing of its occupants are more likely to result in a happy and productive workforce. Growing occupier demand for sustainable working spaces leads to higher rental premiums and higher occupancy rates, offering tangible investment benefits.

EnviroSustain is the ideal partner with a lot of ESG know-how: They provide competent, customised solutions and offer great expertise on sustainability matters.

This has already become noticeable in large parts of Germany with an increase in extreme weather events such as the flood disaster in the Ahr valley in 2021, numerous hot summers in recent years, or the constant rain and flooding at the beginning of this year.
