Oliver Bach

Oliver studied environmental process engineering at HTW Berlin, has been with us since 2010 and is one of our highly experienced consultants in our Berlin Head Office. Oliver started his journey with us by focusing primarily on technical due diligence projects. Today, he works as an experienced LEED® and BREEAM project manager in the areas of new construction, modernisation and existing buildings. Furthermore, he carries out decarbonisation audits and energy management projects and conducts GRESB assessments for international real estate portfolios. Oliver lives in the countryside outside Berlin with his wife and three children.
