GRESB Reporting and Consultancy

In addition to sustainability management, we will also assist our clients with the application of the portfolio assessment system GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), which has become quite popular on the market. In cooperation with the client, we will mutually develop realistic targets within the GRESB framework and control implementation and reporting processes.

Annual Sustainability Reporting

Through annual sustainability reports, aligned with common standards such as GRI or PRI, your organisation will demonstrate its ESG performance on a regular basis. We will help you with analysing and reporting on your ESG data and demonstrate your achievements and commitments for further improvement. As such, both internal and external stakeholders will gain an overview and insight on your sustainable development and the EU regulation on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector or the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) can be addressed more easily by your organisation.

Using a framework such as GRESB allows you to measure performance of your ESG strategy and the strength of your portfolio, or individual assets. Using a system with standard performance indicators makes it easy to identify areas for improvement and measure and report on your progress year-on-year.
