The scope of work within the field of energy efficiency consulting includes a wide range of services. We give advice on the development of company specific energy management and provide support when respective measures need to be implemented. 


Where required, support will encompass preparation for an ISO 50001 audit. Similarly, we also perform energy audits in accordance with DIN EN 16247-1 and provide assistance with the application of respective measures.


To test and validate energy strategies, we implement energy and thermal simulations. Using the DesignBuilder simulation program, we are able to create energy models, for example in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1.

I have worked in France, China and now in Germany as an energy efficiency consultant. With the rising importance of energy efficient buildings, we are able to support with audits and putting energy improvement measures in place, as well as testing strategies using energy models and simulations.

Managing physical climate risks

While many companies are already taking comprehensive measures to minimise the effects of climate change as far as possible, it is also true that climate change is inevitable in the near and distant future. This has already become noticeable in large parts of Germany with an increase in extreme weather events such as the flood disaster in the Ahr valley in 2021, numerous hot summers in recent years, or the constant rain and flooding at the beginning of this year. Companies should therefore address the risks that could arise from climate change and the associated increase in extreme weather events, for example at their different sites, as early as possible.
