Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our management team. You will support our management in administrative matters and be the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries. Duties will include coordinating appointments, organising and invoicing business trips, writing and preparing correspondence, preparing meetings and compiling documents, including PowerPoint presentations for work meetings and lectures. The role is suitable for someone returning to work after parental leave and we support flexible working opportunities.
Senior Consultant
Full-time
Location: Berlin and/or Kassel with flexible/local working options
Language: Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) for our ESG team. You will support our project work in the areas of ESG due diligence of real estate (new and existing buildings) and sustainability certifications (LEED,® BREEAM, DGNB, WELL, Net-Zero Carbon, WiredScore…).
Depending on the project, you will also support in the development and implementation of decarbonisation strategies at asset and portfolio level and other ESG support services such as ESG reporting or portfolio evaluation according to GRESB.
Junior Consultant
Full-time
Location: Berlin and/or Kassel with flexible/local working options
Language: Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
We are currently looking for a Junior Consultant (m/f/d) to join our ESG team. Tasks will vary depending on the type and phase of the project being worked on, but may include supporting colleagues in the coordination of client presentations and reports as well as providing background information through research or site visits.
You may also assist with other administrative tasks such as sourcing, reviewing and assessing evidence or data required for projects, including ESG due diligence, building certification, GRESB assessments and ESG reporting.
This would be a great entry-level or second job for someone who has recently graduated and we will provide you with support and training to progress your career.
Working Student (Werkstudenten)
Flexible working hours in accordance with the university schedule
Location: Berlin and/or Kassel with flexible working options
Languages: Fluent written and spoken German and English
We are currently looking for working students to join the ESG team. You will support us in the preparation of sustainability reports, manuals and other sustainability guides for our clients. This will also include research work on sustainability and related data.
Depending on the needs of the team and your experience, you may also assist with proofreading and translating (German/English) relevant documents and preparing data during busy reporting periods.
