Standardised processes for the sustainable transformation of portfolios

In order to implement the ambitious sustainability targets in the construction and property industry, initiatives must be scaled from the building level to a large number of buildings. We have transferred our experience of procedures and tools, which we have gathered in numerous individual buildings, to the portfolio level.

This enables us to analyse opportunities and risks in an entire portfolio using largely standardised processes and initiate targeted transformation processes with our clients. In addition to the fundamental development of an ESG strategy, this also includes the training of all parties involved in the process. We continuously manage ESG indicators, derive and implement specific measures from them and regularly disclose the activities carried out.

We develop customised ESG strategies for your property portfolio. In doing so, we take regulatory and company-specific requirements into account and make them applicable to your portfolio in practice.

We support your internal transformation process with a customised training format:

To scale ESG activities across a portfolio, we first carry out an initial analysis of the portfolio based on certain criteria. Based on this, implementation can begin using defined priorities.

The successful implementation of an ESG strategy inevitably involves the continuous collection of sustainability data. We provide support in setting up, maintaining and analysing this data.

We work with you to develop the necessary processes for your regular reporting obligations and, if required, support you right through to the print-ready ESG report.
