At EnviroSustain, sustainability isn’t only something we deliver for our clients. It shapes how we work, how we develop our expertise and how we choose to contribute beyond our projects. That’s why we’re pleased to share our ESG Report 2025, now available to explore online and download in full.
This year’s theme, Shared Purpose, Positive Impact, reflects something we believe strongly: meaningful progress happens when people work towards a common goal.
The sustainability landscape remained uncertain during 2025, with changing policies, reporting frameworks and economic priorities. But the need for action on climate change, biodiversity loss and resource use hasn’t gone away. For us, this makes collaboration, practical solutions and a clear sense of purpose more important than ever.

What’s inside the 2025 report?
The report brings together our progress across Environment, Social and Governance, as well as a few of the experiences and projects that shaped our year.
Working together for the environment
- Our team visited two Rewilding Europe landscapes, travelling overland to the Central Apennines in Italy and a return to the Oder Delta for hands-on conservation and restoration activities.
- We took part in an air-quality monitoring initiative with Deutsche Umwelthilfe and joined the Stadtradeln cycling campaign in Berlin and Kassel.
- Through Tackle the Crisis, we continued sharing positive stories about climate action, biodiversity and the circular economy.
Working together as a community
- Our employees attended 32 seminars and training courses and gained new professional qualifications across GRESB, DGNB and BREEAM.
- At GBCI Europe Circle in Prague, we contributed to the programme, exchanged ideas with colleagues from across the sector and made time to reconnect as a team.
- We continued strengthening a flexible and collaborative culture across our geographically dispersed team.
Working together as a company
- Our project examples show how integrated sustainability can create long-term value in both new developments and historic buildings.
- Thirteen consultants supported 14 clients with 32 GRESB Assessments covering 32 funds and 969 assets, while nine colleagues gained GRESB Accredited Professional status.
- We strengthened our technical working groups, knowledge-sharing processes, project resources and internal policies.
These highlights only tell part of the story. The full report looks more closely at our Rewilding Europe visits, our time together in Prague, our sustainability work at building and portfolio level and the practical changes we’ve made within the company.
Working together for the future
We’re proud of the progress we made in 2025, but we know there is much more to do. In the year ahead, we’ll continue helping clients address climate resilience, biodiversity, sustainable materials and circularity. We’ll deepen our partnership with Rewilding Europe, keep investing in our team and celebrate EnviroSustain’s 25th anniversary.
